個人覺得Portmouth較好.英國大學的質素差極有限.而澳洲大學好都會覺得只有八大好

As far as I know, U of Irleland at Dublin is very good. RMIT is also very good university. So, if you concern more on budget, I think RMIT is a better choice. If not, I think Dublin is better.
