而係d大學生英文係咪唔係咁好？

依家香港d教育制度既問題。大學生既英文水平唔一定比中五高。
由於現時香港既中學可以分為兩大類 - 中文中學同英文中學 。
所謂母語教學原意係想d學生比較容易理解課文既內容，但完全無考慮過語言既問題。
無疑用母語授課的確係比較容易理解，但政府忽略左英文既重要性。d大學生以為自己比中五畢業既人優秀好多就忘記左自己係因為用中文去理解每件事物所以先會明白課本既知識。然而相反地，中五畢業生正因為自知自己知識同學歷唔及大學生，而不停從身邊既事物去學習同吸收外界既知識，呢d就係所謂既社會大學。正式既大學同社會大學既不同之處就係文憑。所以唔好以學歷黎請店員，最緊要都係經驗。

Well, it really depends on which university they are from. If it is from HKU, don't worry, most of them has good English. Of course it depends on faculties and departments as well, but as far as I know, the English of the undergraduates from the science faculties are not as good as those from the department of English.

Like in HKU, if you don't have at least a B in English, don't even dream of entering Law faculty.......If you don't get a C in AL English, gum English department from HKU won't have you ga.........

so it really depends on which university ga jei........but I have to say, the university graduates' English is getting poorer and poorer.

Too many 大學生 la.......

yes yes!! their grammar is bad, their vocab is limited, their pronunciation sucks! of course, it depends on which department they're studying in. but on the whole, their english standard is way below what they should have.

係呀！會考英語唔合格都可成為大學生！咁你話呢！？
