那人力資源部除了計算工資及提供訓練外..
還有什麼工作要做呢???
而人力資源部通常有什麼職位???

人力資源部還會負責
(1) 制定、檢討及執行人事政策
(2) 制定、檢討及執行薪酬及福利政策
(3) 負責公司人事調動、升遷等事宜
(4) 招聘及甄選
(5) 維繫及加強內部溝通
(6) 處理僱傭關係、勞資糾紛、員工投訴等事宜

視乎部門及公司規模,可設有各階層職位,由管理層至一般文員
人力資源部有很多工作方面的:

1.To be responsible for performing the payroll, commission calculation and other personnel data management functions.

2.To be responsible for providing administrative and operational support on staffing, recruitment & selection, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, daily HR routines & reports.
