1.To be responsible for performing the payroll, commission calculation and other personnel data management functions.
2.To be responsible for providing administrative and operational support on staffing, recruitment & selection, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, daily HR routines & reports.
3.To formulate & execute the recruitment strategic; providing professional advise, planning & service to internal customers in the matter related to manpower planning, recruitment.
