It was first openned in July,1998 along with the airport... And been testing for some while before that...
It was first design to run between the custom area to the other end of main concourse... And since been extended to Terminal 2 as it was openned for passenger operation... And it is also expected to extend later to Sky Pier...
The movement system is managed by MTR...
