我的相機是canon ixus 500 .
所有功能1切都很正常的 ,
可是 攝影畫面就沒了 .
只是 黑了1片 .
那些功能 都能在螢幕上看見的 .
是不是 鏡頭 壞了 或者是 其他原因呢 ?
還有 . 那裡可以 維修呢 ? ;)

Maybe its CCD was failed.Canon had made a notice for several model of digital camera for the CCD problem.
The company provide the replacement of the CCD free of charge.
You may bring the camera to the service centre in TST or register in the Canon website for the pick-up and delivery service (charge $30). It can be fixed within 1 weeks.
My S60 have the same problem and had fixed by last month free of charge.

agree with y_w_ lam,since the weakage of 500's CCD,it's possible becomes fail after drop, try more thing: watch to the shutter leaf through the lens to confirm not shutter problem (not closed),if keep closed all the time it's shutter problem.
