When you first see the interivewee, you should greet each other first, For example,

(you may start the interview)

Reminder:

DO give backchannels to the interviewee when he is speaking. This reason doing this is to show that you are listening attentively.

Look at their eyes to make eye contact

When there are some unclear, DO ask for clarity instead of pretending you understand.

Keep smiling, but don't make a grin.

Be nice and polite.

Don't be too happy or excited, these make no good, but harm to your interview.
