今年減稅, 會否在5年內不再減??

I believe tax reduction in such scale does not come every year, reasons as follows:
1. You must increase government revenue for tax reduction. With the outcry for increase in the need for government reserve, I cannot see any justification in this respect;
2. You may expect slight reduction in some areas but the society cannot afford to reduce tax to such extent every year because that means government expenditure is going to reduce. Do you believe that you can cut down payroll of the civil servants?
3. Can you expect the government reserve can grow by the scale it spends every year without cutting expenditure? This might mean that government or public service will increase its charge.
4. Any able government would not give out reduction in such reckless manner. How do you justify the payment of extra one month grant to CSSA, elderly and disabled?
