Yeah Kings College is a reputable university and ranked 18 in UK according to The Times Good University Guide 2005 (by subject: medicine 15th, business 9th). Having said that it is true that (excluding those outside London) Imperial College (ranked 10th) is better in medicine than King's, and the London School of Economics is better in business studies (ranked 3rd).

You also have to bear in mind that London is a very expensive city, so always go for the best universities there otherwise its not worth it (my personal opinion).
