Both sentences are not correct because they shouldn't have question marks.
If you use question mark, it should be a question sentence.
e.g. Who is the orangizer of the presentation?
If you add " I wonder " at the beginning, it is not a question. It just expresses there is something you wonder.
I don't see the first sentence is correct even without a question mark.

I think the correct one should be as follows:

I wonder who the orangizer of the presentation is.

兩句都對,但第二句比較常用

其實兩句都對的，只是常用的是第二句呢!!
