Yes... Within China, other than Air China, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines... There are also a number of state owned regional airlines such as Hainam Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Shanghai Air, Xiamen Airlines... Beside of these private carriers, you also have Spring Airlines, Okey Air, United Engal Airlines...
And for Dragonair, they currently only have 1 China domestic route on Dailin-Shenyang while all other flights terminate at Hong Kong... Since China is still state owned airlines monoploy market, so there are very limited option on most if not all routes...
