It is all about the water cycle.
First, the sun transfer heat to sea water.
Then sea water evaporates (remember, the word "evaporate" should be use instead of "vapourize")*.
As days pass, it rains.
So raining can be a daily observation.



*Evaporation occurs at all time. However, vapourization only occurs at the boiling point. The heat energy of the sun cannot boil water.
