電磁爐煲湯

家中剛轉用電磁爐,想煲老火湯,但要返工無時間,見到很多人說可用燘燒鍋,高速煲,真空煲.
請問: 1.)那一款煲&牌子適用於電磁爐 及 2.)那一款煲會較安全及快捷(因返工時間長)
請各位幫幫忙.

My opinion is to use 燘燒鍋.

1. save power, that means: save money, also save our Earth.
2. safe, there is no power adding on it when you are out to work.
3. any brand is good, as the construction of 燘燒鍋 is very simple.
4. price of a 燘燒鍋 is very cheap also.


My case for your reference:
I live alone.
I boil some soup at night and put into the 燘燒鍋 and go to sleep.
Next morning I can have that soup as breakfast,
After breakfast, add some more "soup material" and water back to the 燘燒鍋, boil it and go to work,
After work I have another very good soup for dinner.
Sometimes, I will have 义雞飯 or buy a cooked chicken from restaurant or supermarket, as I am all alone, after this 义雞飯 or cooked chicken, I will put all the stuff (chicken skin and bone and some more water, salt, into the 燘燒鍋, that will be very very good soup marteial and save money. (Repeat all that the next day)
When I go back to Papa Mama's home, I will take some 海味 to rich my soup.

One more tips for you:
As I am boiling this soup 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for many years, now my soup is extremely yummy, and I do not have to wash my 燘燒鍋.

Sorry, my copy and paste was wrong, what I really mean is 真空煲.

用真空煲,最方便,先煲一小時放入外壳內上蓋,放工回來拿出煲一小時,即可。
能夠被磁石吸着都可用於電磁爐。
