future perfect continous tense is seldom used, but it really focuses on the process, just like,
I will have been doing this job for three years in 2007
I will have done this job for three years in 2007
The first sentence means that you might or might not continue to do this job in 2007 but the second sentence means that by 2007, you have done this job for 3 years, doesn't contain any indication of continue to do it or not.
By the way, there is DEFINITELY future perfect continuous tense, it's just that we seldom use it, doesn't mean that it does not EXIST!
