拆卸建築物的 ‘拆卸’ 是 demolish；pronounce 是 ‘宣佈’、‘宣告’, 尤其是政府經法例訂明而作的通告；statutory = 法定；structures 亦指 ‘建築物’；classify (verb)/ classification (noun) = 把...分類為、界定、列作。
