唐樓 Chinese Old Building

根 據 香 港 法 例 ， 唐 樓 (Tenement House) 的 定 義 為 「 任 何 建 築 物 ， 而 在 其 住 用 部 分 有 任 何 起 居 室 擬 供 或 改 裝 以 供 多 於 一 名 租 客 或 分 租 客 使 用 」 。
唐 樓 另 一 個 特 色 是 地 下 單 位 大 部 分 也 會 用 作 商 舖 之 用 ， 因 而 唐 樓 亦 有 另 一 個 英 文 名 稱 Shophouse 。

唐樓英文係Chinese Old Building.
