BUT!!!!!

If you are writing an English application letter, no one will write something like that. It sounds too Chinese-English which is BAD English.

I would write:

Although I do not have any relevant work experience, I do possess the skills that match this job like .... (pls add something yourself). I am looking forward to meeting you to show you how I can fit the position and your company.

I am so interested in this job and will learn everything from the beginning. Hope you can give me a chance to start.
