Is Ford Fairmont ED(1994) economic for fuel? Is it a good car? What do I need to aware to buy this car?

(Can Answer in Chinese or English, Thank you very much!)

TLC stands for:
1. Tender Loving Care or
2. Total Luxury Care (as said by Acura)

In your case, the 1st explanation I think makes more sense. Which means the car is in need of some attention.

Here is the link about the spec of the car. Fuel consumption is 8 to 12.5 Litre per 100 km ( I think it is not fuel efficiency at all). For a 4.0L engine, 10 years old car....I will think about it twice before I decide if I really want to buy it or not.
