Applicants should

be aged 21 or over;
have a good standard of general education;
be proficient in English;
have at least 3 years' revalent experience.
Applicants with less than 3 years' work experience may apply to have relevant study taken into account. Some applicants may be asked to take an English test.

We offer this programme with the University of Leicester. It gives students a solid foundation in Human Resource Management, and also prepares them for entry to Leicester University MSc programmes.

Study materials are provided for all 4 modules.
There are 3 lectures and 3 group tutorials for each module.
There is a separate Academic Writing Unit to help students write more effective academic essays.
