i couldn't find it on the web ar....
but i know that's a book called Asian 甜品屋 by 關琬潼. there's a recipe for 桂花酒釀丸子 and english translation of the recipe at the back of the book. i just returned that book otherwise i can help you. but u can find it in book stores and have a look~
