Last month, I visited a real estate agency to check how much should my apartment worth. The agent asked me to sign a contract for letting them to sale my apartment, but i refused to sign. I gave them my contact number, and asked them feel free to call me should their clients interested in my flat.
Since then, they brought clients to look at my flat for about 3-4 times. I would like to know do i need to pay commissions if their clients buy my apartment? Thanks.

You don't need to pay commission because you never assign them as your proxy. And they can not ask you to pay without signing formal power of attorney. Their behavior only shows them acting as buyer's agent.

Actually not necessary, but if you really worry about that you can declare this point to them.

No need to pay any commissions UNLESS you sign agreement with them.
