In fact, i just have enough money to get a PPL, and i want to stay and earn money until i can get a CPL also, so i dont care what types of job ,maybe sales or waiter or anyother else
can i work in oversea if a get a PPL there?

(1) What do you want to work? Clerk? Policeman? etc??
(2) PPL doesn't allow you to *fly for salary*. At least you will need a CPL. PPL is for **leisure flying** only.
