John uses a ruler, on which the distance between 2 successive markings is 1mm,to measure the sides of triangle ABC,obtaining
AB=5.1 cm,BC=4.9cm,AC=2.7cm
I f he uses these measured lengths to find the perimeter of this triangle,find the accumulated error in the result obtained.

the range of actural length of AB is 5.05-5.15, max. error=5.1-5.05 or 5.15-5.1=0.05cm=0.5mm
Same max. error for BC and AC.
Perimeter=AB+AC+BC, accumulated error of perimeter=0.5*3=1.5mm
