有乜書推介??

我好鍾意睇英文書的, 我可以比少少意見你. 另外我之前都答過好多類似的問題, 等我又推介一下比你!!!

1) Jane Austen 的 Pride and Prejudice (傲慢與偏見), Sense and Sensibility (理性與感性). 兩個故事都好有意思. 我個人就較喜歡 Pride and Prejudice, 特別係Elizabeth 同 Mr. Darcy的一段情...

2) C.S. Lewis 的 The Chronicles of Narnia (即係【納尼亞傳奇】) 之前的 *獅子‧女巫‧魔衣櫥*只係 The Chronicles of Narnia的第一本書. The Chronicles of Narnia總共有七本的. 唔好以為Narnia係一本兒童故事書, 其實個故事都好適合大人睇的.

3) J.K. Rowling 的 Harry Potter 系列. 暫時出了六本. 雖然大大本, 但好好睇, 唔會睇唔明! Harry Potter大人細路都有睇... 第7本都就快出啦! 我自己都等到好心急!!! 而且movie真係唔夠書好睇, 所以就算你睇過movie, 我都建議你睇番本書!!!

4) JRR Tolkien 的 The Hobbit , 佢可以算係 lord of the ring的前傳. 有the hobbit先有lord of the ring的. The Lords of The Ring會係一個好好的選擇. 成本書總共有1008頁, d字真係幾深. 但好好睇, 比電影仲好睇. 比我多d幻想的空間.

5) Mitch Albom 的 The Five People You Meet in Heaven (在天堂遇見的五個人). 本書好有意思的, 英文唔深, 好好睇! 好發人心醒的...

6) Roald Dahl 的書. 佢除咗寫兒童故事書, 仲有適合大人睇的書, 同關於佢自己的自傳的. 好似 Boy: Tales of Childhood (童年時代) 和 Going Solo (獨行). 青少年一定適合.

7) Shakespeare 的 Macbeth [ read | download ]. 我覺得個故事都幾可悲... 阿爸比個仔殺咗, 個仔仲同阿媽結咗婚...

8) Voltaire 的Candide . Candide的性格好阿Q, 本書講佢一生的歷險... 都幾好笑... 可以令你諗好多野... 係一本幾好的英國文學小說.

9) Meg Cabot 的 The Boy Next Door , 或佢的 The Princess Diaries 系列. Meg Cabot的書好輕鬆, 有趣. 都ok, 可以一睇!

10) Jostein Gaarder 的 A Christmas Mystery , The Solitaire Mystery , The Ringmaster*s Daughter, Sophie*s World , *Through a Glass, Darkly*都好好睇的. Jostein Gaarder的書關於人生哲學的, 但唔會難明.

11) 如果你鍾意science fiction, Frank Peretti 的 This Present Darkness , Piercing the Darkness , The Veritas Project: Hangman's Curse , The Veritas Project: Nightmare Academy , The Visitation , The Oath , Prophet , 同Monster 都好好睇. 我次次睇佢的書都停唔到手. 成日睇通宵!!! 注意少少... Frank Perettu本本書都幾厚, 英文都幾深, 但真係好好睇!!!!

12) Jackie Pullinger 的 Chasing the Dragon 都好好睇的. 講一個外國女人去九龍城寨到傳基督教福音. 真人真事, 好值得睇.

13) Arthur Conan Doyle 的 The Lost World . 講一班人去到一個荒島, 發現原來仲有恐龍... 我以前睇過一次, 好緊張, 好精彩的.

14) 如果你鍾意偵探推理, Elizabeth George 的 Playing for the Ashes, Well-schooled in Murder, Missing Joseph, Deception of His Mind, In Pursuit of the Proper Sinner都好好睇. 個主角係 Scoltland Yard的 Inspector Thomas Lynley. 個個故事都唔同, 每次 Inspector Lynley都用唔同手法去破案. 好好睇, 但幾深.
