There should be something called Removable Disc or Removable device when i connect my cellphone to my pc, but nothing happened, my card reader won't work too.Please give detailed instruction on how to fix the problem.
My pc can detect my telephones but it does not show a folder at my computer,help!?

Today when i connected my telephone to my pc to put new songs, the computer showed an icon with a green arrow at the bottom right corner of the screen(as usual), but there was no Folder in my computer, how can i solve this problem?

Go to your control panel and click on my network connections.

did you mean your cellphone? because you cannot put music on a telephone. what cellphone you have? and what software are you using?
