只要物品在香港有版權持有人，便可以要求執法人員掃蕩盜版了。至於某商場為何還有盜版物品售賣，因為沒有香港版權持有人投訴，執法部門不能在未有版權持有人要求下自行掃蕩有關盜版物品。
