some better sentences would probably be:

- I graduated at the Chinese University with an Upper Second Class Honours in my Bachelor of Engineering

- I am a graduate student from the Chinese Univesity with an Upper Second Class Honours in my Bachelor of Engineering

- I graduated with Upper Second Class Honours in my Bachelor of Engineering from the Chinese University (personally I think this is the best)

I am a Chinese University graduate holding a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with honors (second class upper division).

I am a graduate student at Chinese University with a Bachelor of engineering degree with an Upper Second Class Honors.

I graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong with an upper second class honors Bachelor degree in Engineering.
