EXCEL 轉 text 檔

我估你係指,當你copy and paste 你 d data 到 text file, 你d data 冇分 column, 係唔係?

你只要將你個 xls file, save as 一個 txt file, d step 係:

1. select "save as" from the file menu
2. at "save as type", select "text (Tab delimited) (*.txt)
3. enter file name and select drive and folder
4. click save button

咁樣你個新文件檔就會對齊, column by column

應先將個Excel 檔案save as csv 格式，再用word 打開這檔案

P.S. 在下不知道你的data有幾複雜，這方法不一定幫到你。
