How to type Chinese text in English Window XP

Currently, I type everything in english first. Then I use babelfish.altavista.com to translate it. Because it never comes out right, I have to cut and paste some correct chinese words from other chinese pages and move them around. It usually takes me half an hour to type a few lines of chinese text. It is very painful and time consuming!

Need a better way to type chinese text (繁體 prefered) which is easy to learn and reasonably fast. Thanks.
更新1:

Someone has shown me that and it allowed me to use PinYin as the input method. I am not very good with PinYin, and it only comes out as simplfied characters 簡体. Is there a better and easier to learn (and hopefully reasonably fast) method?
