To be honest with you, it will be quite hard. Are you able to find a part time job in a computer lab at school? This will give you some help on the resume. Do you have any friends to hook u up with an entry level job? Your best bet is to start as a helpdesk; take phone call and open troubleticket then escalate to the technicians or engineers. It doesn't not require that much of technical experience but requires good communication skills. You will most likely to find a job like this in a large company because in a small company, a helpdesk position usually requires some good technical skills. When I got out of college, I was in the same position as you are now. I fixed up my resume with a lot of computer skills and etc. I had a few part time jobs in school's computer labs, which they helped a lot. After getting a shot to an interview, you need to find a way to impress your interviewer. Also, be prepared. If you put technical skills on your resume, please be sure you really know them because if an interviewer asks you some technical stuff on you resume, he/she can easily tell whether you really know the stuff or just BS by your answer. Going to the I.T. field requires a lot of hard work. Especially, I.T. is a fast pace industry, you have to keep yourself up-to-date with the latest technoloy.
