save that picture onto a website(e.g www.photobucket.com)
go to backgrounds.
enter the url of the pic u saved on the website(e.g www.photobucket.com/xxxxxxxxxx/2345678) onto the pic line
u can choose the location of the pic on ur website by choosing bottom right bottom left..etc
save changes.
done
