What is time line?

Timeline 是時間表。

例如production timeline就是生產時間表，例出何時開始及何時要完成各個工序。

又例如某人物的timeline就是把某人的生平事蹟，以時間先後例出來。

Timeline is a schedule, a list of times for doing things.For example, production timeline is a production schedule. It lists the time for starting and finishing the works.For another example, a person's timeline is the lising of the important things done by this person.
