我想問文化與文明之間有什麼分別呢?意思是否一樣呢?

文化=culture, it refers to a collective behavor of a group of people with similar background and race. In HK, we have our own culture which is different from the rest of the Chinese in mainland or Taiwan. For example, the words we use are still Chinese, but we use different terms to describes the same things: potato is called 马铃薯 or 土豆 in mainland but we called it 薯仔. Language, words, cuisine, idealogy, living style and many others which affect our daily life are actually the products of our culture.

文明=civilization, refer to the process of culture development. How we evolve from stone age to technological society is civilization. They way we develop utensils for meal is the products of civilization, that's why Chinese decides to use chopesticks while European uses fork and knife. From family authorization to tribe to kingdom to democrat is also the evolution of civilization.
