Hey Mary, you know what, your parents love you as much as they love you baby sister. It’s just that your baby sister needs your parents to take care of more than you do. Just start the conversations of whatever topics. It is understandable that you can’t speak fluent because you are not an English speaker. You didn’t mention that if they are nice, if so, you don’t need to worry about much. You know it is the best way to improve your languages.
How about if your English was not really good. You can learn the basic stuff first such as grammar. Make sure to clarify the way English was. Plus the American movies you gotta watch, you will found full of slang and the way they speak is much easier than whichever British English or Aussie English. Of course the most important thing is to get yourself a chance to practice. So feel free to practice with your labors if they don’t ignore you.
