請問Internship Program對公司有什麼好處?

Internship program provides the following benefits to the host company:
1) Access to talent before talent graduate. You can evaluate the interns' performance. If the interns' performance meet your requirements, you can give them offer before they graduate.
2) Cheaper and more stable labor. Interns seldom resign before the contracted period.
3) Interns can provide new ideas and opinions from interns' generations. Also, interns can provide first hand information about the interns' generations.
4) High quality interns may stimulate existing staff's working attitude.
5) Interns may find out the operations blind points that existing staff may overlook. Usually interns do not hestitate or have any concerns in telling the truth.
6) Act as social responsibilities that help students have more working experience. This will benefit company's reputations.

I personally applied for some internship programs for I banks and worked in an I-bank before. These programs usually require you to be highly educated (usually they ask for a good result too). I think what they are trying to do is to attract more and more talented people to their company. The people whose employed as an intern in a big company usually will be offered a permanent job after the period of internship. Another point I like to raise is that bringing interns into the firm will help the firm access to the thinking of the new generation, as we all know, interns are usually quite young.
