如何可以有效地減去肚腩的脂肪???~最好不用藥物~幫幫忙唔該!!!

Jogging and swimming are the 2 best exercises to slim you down. Running on treadmill is the substitute to jogging only if you cant find a place to jog. Swimming is a all round exercise that shape your body. On top of these will be your patience and preseverance. Keep woking out and you will see the effect gradually.
