You can buy some professional film making software like dreamwaver but I would choose to use the Movie Maker comes with Win XP. It is quite easy to use and user friendly althought you may not be able to create some very professional transition in between slides. Those effects come with package are not too bad but standard. You can find many other special add-in effects in Movie Maker discussion board online. Some of them are very good and useful.
