如何將MP3轉為MIDI檔案

If your mp3 is a popular song, I think the best way is to search the Internet to see any people had already composed a MIDI for the song and published it on the Net. There is no automatic software that can create an acceptable MIDI song from digitally recorded sound files. Most softwares cannot recognize the notes in a song when there are more than a few instruments playing at the same time.
