有咩實驗可以知道stomata係葉的哪一邊

get a fresh leaf
put a lead in a beaker of water, wait about half or an hour with lamp shining on the leaf
check which side of the leaf having more air bubbles on the surface, u can find the result

another method (from Cert. Biology New Mastering Basic Concepts activity Book2 10.2)get a plantattach 2 pieces of dry cobalt(II) chloride paper onto the upper side and the under side of a leaf obser which paper turn pink faster, this side hase more stomata.

呢個實驗可以比較邊一邊既葉有多 d / 有無 stomata

1. Heat some water till 80 degrees celcius.
2. Put a fresh leaf into the hot water.
3. Observe if any bubbles appear on the leaf surface.

多 d air bubbles 個邊就有多 d stomata.
因為塊葉在熱水當中既時候, 入邊既 air spaces 會 expand, air 就會 pass out
