I think the right answer should be A...

It's because the whole sentence will be:

The child misbehaved and inform his parents.

From my teacher, the answer should be D. This sentence uses mix conditional.

b and c do not make sense at all ..

d should not be misbehave(d) .. should have no d at the end ..
it could be right .. if the gramma is sorted

this this case ..A would likely to be correct ..

係指令句式
但應該係misbehave, 冇個d字
