During the low season, most airlines with direct flights will have promotion during that period of the year... For Qantas/Air New Zealand, fare start from as little as HKD3300 (exclude tax)... For Virgin Atlantic/Cathay Pacific/British Airways, fare start from HKD3500 (exclude tax)... While Oasis Hong Kong provide ticket for HKD3700 return (include tax)... Tax for Hong Kong-London is approximately HKD1000 (vary depending on exchange rate)...
So all fare should range from HKD3700 for Oasis Hong kong to HKD4500 for Virgin Atlantic/Cathay Pacific/British Airways... While lowest full fare airlines are HKD4300 for Qantas/Air New Zealand... All include tax...
However, the problem comes as Qantas/Air New Zealand both depart Hong Kong for London at around 8:30am... But all airlines provide night flight back to Hong Kong...
I have previously found that Virgin Atlantic website (www.virginatlantic.com) and Air New Zealand (www.airnewzealand.com) both provide pretty bargin tickets during low season... While Oasis Hong Kong website (www.oasishongkong.com) also provide bargin tickets as well... Otherwise www.zuji.com should provide pretty good deal for all airlines apart from Oasis Hong Kong...
During low season, I would not suggest you to fly with in-direct flights, as the fare really are similar as direct flights... So you may well get a direct flights... And Oasis Hong Kong is still cheaper than many in-direct flights...
