hang機....英文點講?

I live in USA, we use "the computer is frozen"

We can say "hang機" in English as follows:

1.) The computer is out of order;

2.) The computer is unworkable;

3.) The computer is malfunctioned.

P.S.: Actually, "the computer is down" is also OK, but in some cases it is too oral and Cantonese.

the computer is freezed.

The computer is down!
