CIB & SFC Licences ---- Please help!! It is urgent!!

I am working in a broker firm now, have licence registered at CIB, MPFA & SFC. But I am going to change new job in a bank, which is not a sales position (back-office). I have asked and the bank will not register the licences for me since it is only a contract post. So can I continue to register my licences with my current employer? Or can I register through other financial institutions outside?
