1) When Ship A reaches port A, it travels 60km + 45 km
Ship B reaches Port B, it travels 90km + 22.5 km
45 + 90 =135
22.5 + 60 = 82.5
then calculate with pythagorous theorem:
135^2 + 82.5^2 = x^2
find x.
2) 200 - 172m = 28m
then the 斜邊長100
then use pythagorous theorem (畢氏) to calculate another side.
28^2 + x^2 = 100^2
Ship B reaches Port B, it travels 90km + 22.5 km
45 + 90 =135
