牙膏上一些問題

In my opinion, if you brush your teeth well, every tooth paste is fine...........
because tooth paste is only assistant agent to disloge your dirty things on the tooth surface...........

like the detergent assist to wash your dish........

By the way, whitening tooth paste not advice you to use too much.........because it contain sand like particle to scratch your tooth surface.........finally, the stain will more easy to form..........
