香港愛護動物協會 have great course for puppies. the trainners are great. also, you dog could learn how to socialise with other dogs. see the link
http://www.spca.org.hk/chi/care/bt.asp
I will suggest you to start joining the class after he is 6 months old and get all in the injection done, before he join classes. this is to protect your dog to be infected by other dogs.
for my dog, after taking the advice from doctor, I took a beginners class only after he had got all 3 injections done. before that, I bought some trainners books and train him at home for basics stuff like come, sit. ...etc. due to this pre-training, he always learn faster than other dogs in the formal classes.
me and my dog joined both beginners and intermediate courses in 香港愛護動物協會. they are very good and would love to recommend to you. the course fee included the fee to get you and some of your family member, not more than 3, to join you and your dog in the classes, because it is important to have everyone in the family teaching your dog the same thing, to make sure he will not be confused. you should bring someone who might take care of him daily with you.
also a few more tips. before you bring your dog to classes, it will be better if you bring him onto the street and have chances to socialise with other dogs. he will then not afraid of meeting new people and new dogs.
have fun.
