I think I would give him/her wine for the first and second timeHowever, if he/she keeps on asking for wine, I would slow down the speed which I give wine
Also, I would inform his/her friends that their fried had already drunk much, and ask them to take care of him/her, not to give him/her wine anymore.

I think I would let him/her drink for the first few times, but if he/she wants more after that, then I would slow down the speed of giving him/her alcohol. Moreover, I would alert his/her friends that he/her had too much already, so it would be wise not to let him/her drink anymore.

I thing number one to two order , I can give but later , if he still ceaseless want to drink, I will allargando give liquors speeg , and I will notify other friends he already drink many many liquors , to call everyone shall to be careful , don't give he liquors again .
