As this letter is very important for me in finding a job, I would be most grateful if you could send me another letter with the right gender.

I have enclosed a copy of the letter for your perusal.

其實可以打電話比HR既同事，話比佢聽有咁既情形，問下佢如果要翻一封正確既工作證明要點做，使唔使你寫信去request，如果佢話要你咪寫囉，但係如果佢話唔使既，咪可以唔寫囉。不過無論要唔要寫信去，都要問清楚佢地會幾時預備好封信比你，如果你趕的話，可以去pick up，順便check埋有無錯漏。因為通常都唔需要你寫。
