URGENT! what time is [[ 01:49:04 -0800 (PST) ]] exactly is?

Hello everyone.
it's my first time asking a question over here.
I would like to ask you 01:49:04 -0800 (PST) means what time?
I received an email and it appeared something like tht above.
Can anyone help me to sort out what is the exact time in H.K.

PST - Pacific Standard Time
Time zone offset: UTC - 8 hours
PST is 8 hours behind of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
HKT - Hong Kopng Time
Time zone offset: UTC + 8 hours
HKT is 8 hours in front of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
so total is 16 hours different.
01:49:04 PST = 17:49:04 HKT
but I am not sure 01:49:04 - 0800(PST) = 01:49:04 +0800(HKT) is what you are looking for or not.
But the main point is 16 hours different. (for standard time, not for daylight saving time. )
