Every AUS colleague / university also need you to have an IELTS result first. If you can't speak any English, it's hard to get the IELTS minimum required marks. E.g. Uni normally need 6.0-6.5 points of IETLS. I suggest you to take some IELTS course in Hong Kong first. In HK, you can try british council, there have some IETLS course.

To study in AUS, you need to get a Australia student visa, and you need to provide an offer letter when you apply for the student visa. So, the the 1st thing you need to do is to get an IETLS mark and see if any school will accept you. When there a school accept you, they will provide you an offter letter to confirm you can study in that colleague / University. Then you can get bring along this offter letter and financial support document to get the student visa. Of couse, health check also required.
