Which answer is better?

I pray to God the voting result will be fairer. My answer has received most of the votes until my opponent started asking friends to vote.

Shouldn't the votes be given to the first answer that is correct, detailed and comprehensive? Why do people vote for friends' sake, and not the better answers? 投的還要是有識之士，答開英文題。
